The Carmen Career Audit draws on positive psychology, occupational psychology, career coaching and behavioural therapy to assess the factors shaping career clarity, motivation and fit.
Answer truthfully and as accurately as possible. There are 50 questions in total, taking approximately 10 minutes to complete. All questions are on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 the least accurate and 10 the most accurate.
This audit can also be completed by people who are currently out of work, self-employed or navigating a career transition. In these cases, please answer the questions with your most recent role or working situation in mind so that the results reflect your recent career experience as accurately as possible.
This audit examines how different elements of your working life interact as a system across six core domains. Individual scores are not treated as standalone judgements - meaning emerges from clusters, contrasts and inconsistencies between areas. The report supports reflection and decision quality before taking action.
